Delivery Schedule
Orders received before 12 noon (GMT) will normally be despatched the same day subject to stock availability.

If your order or part of is not in stock, we will back order for you.You will always be informed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

There are no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. Despatch
All orders are carefully packed in our separate Mail Order dispatch department. However if  you have reason to believe that damage may have occurred in transit We must be notified as soon as possible after the damage is discovered. If telephoning, please ask for despatch - this will expedite any enquiry re your order. If the damage is obvious on receipt of the package please mark the carriers docket as damaged and try to retain the packing material as on occasion the carriers will wish to see this.

Returns Policy

If for some reason you receive a correctly delivered order and wish to return it you MUST first contact us for a R.A.N (Return Authorization Number) - ANY items returned without the R.A.N will be subject to a minimum 40% handling/administration charge. Authorized returns may be subject to a re-stocking fee - please enquire when receiving your R.A.N

It is not impossible that our staff will send you the wrong item by mistake. Weapologise if this rare occurrence happens. If this is the case for you then pleasecontact us to let us know what has happened and return the item as soon aspossible. We will not dispatch replacements to you with out the incorrectly  sentitem being returned to us. This is to protect ourselves and our customers   fromprices increases.
We cannot accept any responsibility for items being returned to us that are lostin the post. It is your responsibility to see that returned goods reach us and inthe condition they were sent to you in. Do not use express services or we will beunable to refund you the full cost paid. If the item exceeds the level ofcompensation offered by standard recorded delivery we will refund you if you choose to use a special delivery service
