Overview
This semi-scale model of a research submarine is intended for the experienced modeller. The submarine dives dynamically using the vanes at the front and the recommended power unit propels the Shark at high speed. The running characteristics of the submarine are comparable tothose of a powered plane in flight. Using an efficient Speed 500 motor, coupled with experienced piloting, the Shark can be made to jump out of the water to a height of over 50 centimetres! The two part hull is moulded in plastic for ease of construction and, to increase the scale appearance in the water, can be fitted with a bow mounted searchlight that can be controlled by an additional R/C function, if desired.
